Lets1UP takes what is useful about the latest tools and brings it to the events that usually get the least help: birthdays, backyards, team nights and gatherings.
Not to put more screens between people. To use technology as an augment: make the host's job easier, make the moment feel bigger and give everyone a better memory of being in the room together.
Why Lets1UP exists
Lets1UP started with a birthday party. Founder Patrick, after 20 years in consumer tech, went looking for a way to make his son's blaster party feel like something more than “go outside and play.”
That meant the rabbit hole: games, Pinterest, Reddit, ideas, spreadsheets. The party went well. The bigger idea stuck: small events deserve software that makes them more considered, more memorable and just plain better.
AI, on purpose
We use AI behind the scenes, but AI is not the point. The question is: can it make the host's job better? Can it make an event better? If not, it is just noise.
It is heavily human in the loop. We use the tools, then craft, edit and cut until what is left actually earns its place in the room. You are not getting slop. You are getting technology used in service of a better real-life experience.
