The terms for using Lets1UP.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and 12:2 Ventures LLC, doing business as Lets1UP. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are using the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service and your license
Lets1UP provides digital party software and related content. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Pack you purchase for its intended party use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute or use the Service to build a competing product, except where law does not permit that restriction.
Purchases and refunds
Prices and payment terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms and provides a full refund when requested within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Your responsibilities as host
You are responsible for the party, participants, location, equipment and supervision. Follow the rules and safety guidance, including appropriate eye protection. You must not use the Service for unlawful, unsafe or harmful activity, and you must have authority to enter any player information you provide.
Our intellectual property
The Service, Packs, artwork, audio, video, software and other content are owned by Lets1UP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a license to use the Service, not ownership of it.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
Except for the express promises in these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Service is provided as available and without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lets1UP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses arising from party activities, equipment or participant conduct. Our total liability for a claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to that claim.
